Delivery times are between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Returns policy

To be returned in original box along with filter and all original fixings and fittings.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return please allow at least 28 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds can only be credited back to the original payment type.
Purchases made using government vouchers under the Tap Water Scheme are not refundable
